EXTENSIVE INHOUSE TESTING CAPABILITIES
We provide a complete range of testing services for all types of lifting and rigging equipment. Major testing equipment includes a 200T test bed and a 120T dead and water weight system, allowing us to test:
- Chain slings
- Chain blocks & lever hoists
- Concrete lifting devices
- Spreader bars and lifting beams
- Goods cages
- Personnel cages
- Lashing points
- Height safety fixtures
We can also provide inspection and testing services for cranes, underhook work and height safety equipment including harnesses, lanyards and fall arresting devices.
ONSITE TESTING WITH OUR MOBILE WORKSHOP
To complement our inhouse testing facilities, we have a fleet of fully equipped vehicles which enable our technicians to perform onsite testing and inspection of your lifting and rigging assets.
FULLY DETAILED TESTING REPORTS
As part of our inspection and testing service we provide clients with detailed reports, in either electronic or hard copy format, and recommend remedial work or equipment replacement when required.
For clients who require a more comprehensive reporting and asset management system we can provide access our proprietary web-enabled Assset Register Management System (ARMS), which provides real-time access to reports and maintenance schedules.
