Managing Director
Richard founded Lifting Victoria in 1995 and now oversees all aspects of the business. He has 25 years of lifting and rigging experience, and is actively involved in the Global Lifting Group, a group of like-minded lifting business located throughout Australia and Asia.
Josh Mulder
Operations Manager
After joining the company in 2002, Josh worked through various roles and supports Richard with the management of day to operations, including the management of client quotations and invoicing.
Glenn Ford
Service Manager
Glenn has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and manages service scheduling and fulfilment for all Lifting Victoria clients. Glenn is a qualified crane service inspector and technician and rigging specialist.
Shane Hurley
Business Development
One of Lifting Victoria's most experienced team members, Shane has 35 years of lifting and rigging equipment sales and sourcing experience. Shane regularly visits clients throughout the Geelong region and also travels extensively Victoria.
